Какъв би бил домът ни през 2015 година?

Цялата статия можете да прочетете в Дневник, а тук можете да видите повече илюстрации.  Не казваме домът на бъдещето, защото става въпрос за най-близко бъдеще. Най-вероятно той ще бъде по-малък и много по-ефективен по отношение на използваната енергия. Продължаващата икономическа криза оказа влияние не само върху броя на новопостроените жилища, но и върху вида и размера на тези, които все пак се строят. Логично е да се запитаме как точно се променят те и доколко промените са трайни. Интересни са резултатите от проучване с такова заглавие, което американската Национална асоциация на строителите на жилища е направила сред членовете си – дизайнери, архитекти, производители - през 2010 година. Обобщени накратко те показват няколко основни тенденции. Средностатистическият нов дом за едно семейство ще бъде по-малък и ще има повече зелени характеристики.
